I counted the company and within an hour, Ashley from Sales Department contacted me to arrange for technician, Derek to come out for assessment and measurement. I had one cracked window and needs to be replaced so that the potential buys can rest assured. I was also notified a few days in advance for the date and time when the installation will be taking place. Today, two technicians, Nick and Jermaine came at 9 A.M. and completed the task within an hour as promised and worked through the sound of my Goldendoole, Woody barking at them as they were in and out of the house. Perform repairs that the previous window company I used did not measure up. They had to replace the licking mechanism if the impact front door and tighten the door hinges.

The job was to replace and restore gaskets and seals in my 20 year old PGT casement windows and French doors. Absolutely delighted with the care, attention, precision and professionalism of Dennis and Cass. Can't praise them highly enough. This is the kind of care and pride-in-work one doesn't see very often any more.

Used this company by referral. Was happy at first till 4 yrs latter while washing the huge sliding door, water poured inside my Condo under my vinyl flooring. Had them come out and the maintenance men said the door was improperly sealed. I reached out to Billy who informed me that it would cost me $550 to repair their poor craftsmanship claiming it was a warranty issue.Had nothing to do with the product but inferior installation Ashley my new contact doesn’t even have the decency to ever call back out of the four times that I’ve reached out disgrace of a company. DO NOt USE THEM!!!!!They have no work ethic and they know right from wrong and they don’t care!
