They sent a wonderful tech named Raymond. He was completely honest and said the problem was not with the window but the way I was opening and closing it. He educated me so I wouldn’t have the problem again.

Great Job - service and price excellent! Had older impact sliding doors with broken handles and locks, they found the handles and locks (which the mfg did not make anyone) and installed!!

I used this company in 2015. At the time I remember being somewhat frustrated by delays. I think I had unrealistic expectations. I think it will end up taking 4 months rather than 3 months. It was frustrating at the time but looking back on it I'm really glad that I had my windows replaced and this company did a really excellent job. I got an unexpected tax credit and the quality of life in my condominium has greatly improved. The noise from the street has been reduced, the unity is easier to cool, and everything looks better.
