All American Window and Doors came through for me so quickly and professionally. I counted the company and within an hour, Ashley from Sales Department contacted me to arrange for technician, Derek to come out for assessment and measurement. I had one cracked window and needs to be replaced so that the potential buys can rest assured. I was also notified a few days in advance for the date and time when the installation will be taking place. Today, two technicians, Nick and Jermaine came at 9 A.M. and completed the task within an hour as promised and worked through the sound of my Goldendoole, Woody barking at them as they were in and out of the house. Real pro. I am very happy and will recommend to everyone.

The job was to replace and restore gaskets and seals in my 20 year old PGT casement windows and French doors. Absolutely delighted with the care, attention, precision and professionalism of Dennis and Cass. Can't praise them highly enough. This is the kind of care and pride-in-work one doesn't see very often any more.

They sent a wonderful tech named Raymond. He was completely honest and said the problem was not with the window but the way I was opening and closing it. He educated me so I wouldn’t have the problem again.
