Excellent experience from the moment walked in. The doctor was knowledgeable to all my questions I've asked and the all of the staff were very welcoming. Especially the ladies up front, Str8 up professional and besties to talk to. The environment is very welcoming so no need to feel uncomfortable in any way.
I had mohs surgery performed by Dr. Chaplik one week ago and you can barely see any evidence of that on my forehead one week later. Dr. Chaplik and his staff made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. Everyone that works in this office is very friendly and competent. I would completely recommend any family members to go to Dr. Chaplik for any dermatology needs. Thank you for your kindness!
The experience was excellent. Twice I visited the Aesthetix Dermatology and both times the waiting period was no more than 5 minutes. The office people were very friendly. The environment was very comfortable and professional at the same time. The doctor and doctor's assistant were extremely pleasant. They have answered all my questions in details and patiently. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
