At the beginning very nice and helpful. It's been more then a month and still no glasses. Every time I call is the same story the lab or ups. This is horrible service. Because if the lab they use is so un professional what can I expect from them. Last time I ever buy anything from them. And they are not cheap glasses. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. At least I have another old pair I can use. If I don't get my glasses by the end of the week im asking for a full refund.........At the end I got my glasses when I went to pick them up they where very nice. They... read full review

My husband lost his glasses to the ocean and, without them, he’s essentially helpless. Thankfully, Stanton Optical was able to get us in the same day for an exam, fit him with contacts, and order a new pair of glasses. (His prescription is extremely strong, so they weren’t able to make the lenses in-house—no fault of theirs)
Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. The store is also beautifully maintained, and their frame selection had me wondering if I needed a new pair too. ?
Huge thanks to the Stanton Optical team for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.
