“Rating: 5.0 FACILITY: Located within the shopping center proximal to Best Buy in Florida City, there are ample parking. The waiting area is clean and roomy; with the aquarium as a special touch. Inside, the threrapy areas are clean and patient rooms are also very clean. SERVICE: I have been a patient/client/customer for over a decade. Initially due to an accident, and thereafter for chiropractic maintenance and massage. Dr. Jason and Dr. Tony are the best doctors. They have excellent bedside manners, very respectful and tells you like it is. They work well together and I would often hear them laughing in the office. Now, I bring my teenage son in for his maintenance. The office staff are also wonderful. Ms. Janel is always very professional, organize, and considerate. She always thinks of me whenever there's a cancellation because she knows my work schedule is complicated. And though the massage therapists changed overtime,right now, Ricardo's strong hands is just what I need. Unfortunately, he is only there on Thursdays but he does a really good job applying a good amount of pressure and beating my muscles into shape. Overall, my family love everyone here at Active Spine. It's easy to make appointments and reschedule. Paper work and insurance info are always updated by them and we don't ever have any problem collecting payment. Sorry to see Dr. Tony go, but Dr. Lopate and the staff are holding down the fort just fine. The one thing we don't see eye to eye on is the fact that they are Florida Gators and we're Florida Seminoles. lol“

“Lisa is super accommodating and is great to schedule with. It was probably the most effective massage I've had ever, and my mom has a spa... She was able to even just squeeze me in for 45 in short notice, and the impact was more substantial than 90 min massages I've had.“

The other nail techs are just as talented, and it’s clear everyone here takes pride in their work. On top of that, they’re all so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working together because they’re always helping each other out, which creates such a positive vibe in the shop. The space itself is spotless and very well-kept, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. And if you happen to come at the right time, they’ll even serve you some really good Cuban coffee—it’s the perfect touch!

“I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Rogg so far ( hopefully many more to come) and the difference in my health is very noticeable. I went in after having a long night at the ER for my severe gastritis and reflux. For the last 15-20 yrs, I can not remember not waking up to vomit, or not having a difficult time eating without reflux.
On my first visit, Dr. Rogg asked me a few health questions and proceeded to diagnose me. Dr. Rogg did an acupuncture treatment and light back massage to straighten my back.
It is hard to explain how much something that seems so simple had an effect on me. The next morning, I woke up feeling like a completely different person. I was not nauseous and my body was allowing me to eat. I was very skeptical at first, thinking my mind was playing tricks on me, but the feeling has stayed true.
Like I said in the beginning of the review, I have had 2 more appointments since I was introduced to Dr. Rogg’s practice, and every time I left renewed. Dr. Rogg is a most valuable member of our Cutler Bay community. I wish I knew about him earlier! I recommend him to every person that I tell my story to. Highly recommended.“

Did a full body massage which included a face and scalp massage apparently. I was not expecting it, but it felt great.
They do not take appointments, it is first come first serve, luckily there was no one there when I went. I recommend paying in cash to avoid a credit card fee.“
