I absolutely feel like this place is a hidden gem of Fleming island. This is where I go to feel peace and get a good work out or a night of relaxation. Andrea the owner is the sweetest and kindest also. She cares about the people who come. Each teacher and class has its own special spin on yoga. I can’t rave about it enough! I also met my significant other in class and it’s been a love story ever since! 💕
After not being in a yoga studio in a while I appreciate the thoughtful instruction at Yoga Den Fleming Island. The instructors and community members are warm and inviting. Live music Yin & Nidra class on Thursday night is something special, and now my favorite way to wind down the week. I highly recommend this delightful studio.
