Kat & Wayne were amazing Throughout this home buying process. Purchasing a home from long distance is never easy and the way Kat was attentive and willing to go that extra mile was just what we needed. She looked and put the care and effort for this home for us as if she was buying her own home with our every wish in mind! We cant thank her enough as she made this difficult process flow very easily!

Was very happy with my service the whole time. Don’t have not one bad thing to see and Bryan helped me thru everything. I trusted him completely and totally will tell everyone about how great he was. Whenever I called to see a house he was on the phone getting me an appointment immediately even cancelling his plans to show me a house. I was very picky choosing my dream home but he stuck by me and was I finally found it. Thank you bryan and totally recommend using him and you will not regret it

Shelly Ziesel, Fleming Island Watson, was amazing. Detailed oriented, and personable. Never felt pressured. Had issues with the sellers agent during negotiations and she handled it so smoothly, getting good and quick feedback from her broker as well! Highly recommend, will use her again for sure!
