Doctor Williams is the best!! His team always takes care of us throughout the years! They get me in fast when I need them or answer my questions. They especially always work with me when it comes to taking care of my babies and budget.

Our vet technician, Angel, was very pleasant, friendly and gentle with my fur baby. She took the time to allow me to explain what I had been noticing about Baggheera, and answered all my questions with great detail. Dr. Trujillo was also very kind to us and knowledgeable, explaining the findings on her physical exam, explaining the treatment and what to expect.

I had a great experience here, the first exam was free and I was out within the hour. Our vet tech Angel was very caring to my cat and the receptionist even has her very own minion in the form of a small dog! Very welcoming atmosphere.

We used to love bringing our pets here, but with the recent change in staff, pet care has deteriorated. My husband brought our dog in last month but because he has severe anxiety we had to reschedule. Per the Vet, he needed to be on a sedative along with trazodone and gabapentin. We were concerned about the amount of medication but did what we were told. My dog was SO loopy that my husband had to carry him to the car. He had to wear a diaper because he cannot even hold his bowels. We take him in and they still REFUSE to see him because he was not muzzled. They did not even attempt nor did the vet have the decency to even talk to my husband. We are not rescheduling and are currently looking for a new vet for all of our dogs.

Everyone at the Fleming Island location is so kind. They are patient with my questions, take wonderful care of my fur baby, and are even really good with my son, who is super full of energy!

My dog had an appointment on 6/7/2024. He was weighed in at the front desk at 39.1 lbs but when they wrote the script out they put down 41 lbs just enough so that it put him over the weight limit. It then added a lot of extra money to my meds. I ignored it and even complemented the staff. Then I wanted to get my meds online through pet meds. Petmeds informed me that the person they spoke to said they had no records of my dog ever being seen. I sent the original script to Petmeds so I could avoid skipping his heart worm and flea meds. I am upset about the lack of regard and incompetence of this staff.
