I usually wouldn’t say how bad a place is but here I go. I just moved here and had to finally get my hair done. I showed pictures, I told them that it gives me anxiety for someone I don’t know to be doing my hair. I even showed them a picture of me a year ago with the color I already said over the phone if you can’t do it tell me so I don’t waste my time. I came here after work. I’m a hygienist and I can see up to 15 patients a day and I work 5 days a week so after work I took from my family and gave her my time so I could get my hair done. Whyyyy would you as an established business put someone newer with a client that is very serious about her hair and has made it very clear how serious she is without any supervision or mentorship? Well Everyone My Hair Looks BAD. I had a break down in the parking lot, on the way home and cried all night and here I am at 1:20 am writing this because I can’t sleep due to my hair. I would have paid more for what I picked. I have no blonde in my hair like the picture that I showed her or that she showed me. I’m devastated my trust is gone. I even asked the stylist at the end of the night if it looked a bit golden/ dark and I know she could tell I wasn’t happy. Yes the stylist was nice, yes I think she did the best she could but do I think an older stylist with more experience could have done better that’s a question I’m going to be asking myself for a while. Would I recommended this place Absolutely NOT. Will I go back Absolutely NOT. Will I find a new place to fix this mess THAT THEY CREATED Absolutely YES. Will I continue to cry until it’s fixed Yes, Yes I Will. My husband feels horrible because he’s the one that talked me into this place due to the stars. Please do your research and good luck you’re going to need it if coming here. Update- this place never reached out to me and I called them to at-least ask why would they let this happen to me and why would they lie saying they could do what I wanted done when in all actuality they could not. The manger was very rude and combative but I have a feeling that might just be her personality because no matter how nice I was on the phone it didn’t get any better.

The service was amazing. The stylist knew immediately what to do with my fine hair. Heather is amazing, the whole staff is. My hair looks amazing.

I highly recommend Rehanna! I have never been to a stylist that focuses on not only your hair, but your mental state as well. She started off with a relexation/light massage on my scalp, neck, and arms to help relieve any stress. She did highlights, wash, trim, style and did a beautiful job! Her hair massage during the shampoo was amazing!! I will definitely be returning!
