I prefer to go to Oakleaf or orange park. This location is very sketch and I had a feeling when I walked into the door I normally only see two of the same nurse When I’m at Oakleaf and orange park. I’m really upset. I had billing issue and ofc I see some of it is out of my network when I checked my insurance app here we go again. My visit was okay the other nurse I saw was like able but I knew something else was stirring the pot. I look at my insurance and half of my deductible has already been met due to this. I will be calling the billing department for get receipts so that I can disbute the claim because I asked a bunch of questions before and during my appointment...read full review

I’ve been coming to this location and the one on Park Ave for 7 years. Last year when I was checking out after my annual visit , the receptionist advised me I had a balance of $184 that had built up over 4 years. I had not received any bill in the mail or any notice but I went ahead a paid it on the spot. Fast forward to now, the very next year. I called to schedule my annual, they’re telling me I have a balance of $195! So you mean to tell me over a 4 year span all my annuals totaled less than the amount for the ONE visit I had last year, just a normal annual nothing crazy?!!!! and they’re saying they can’t see me until the balance is paid. They are scammers.

I've been coming here for years. Started out at the Kingsley office. Move to the Fleming location when it opened. I loved Dr. Linn. Unfortunately he retired. Past 5 years just went down hill. I had an appointment yesterday worse time ever there. Finding some place new. I would of gave 1 star but I'm a nice person.
