Dont Do Business With This Company! They stole a portion of our security deposit claiming it was Justified. Mark Cole is a P.O.S and also a Biggot and Liar when it comes to repairs and Maintenance. Don't put your Family at Risk, it's not worth it. Don't take my word for it, look at every last review on this company. I will post photos on how we left our property and still kept a portion of our deposit. Slumlords and only care about money

Extremely unprofessional, unethical, they communicate using sarcasm and patronizing language in particular Ms Sharon Molnar. She was never on time when showing property and when she did show up she didn't have the keys. I am currently disputing then for keeping my security deposit even after I left the property with no damages or exsessive wear and tear. By far the worst experience with a realestate I have ever have they do not deserve to be in business.

Mark Cole, Owner/Broker.....Unprofessional, does not do what he says he will do, Where I come from we call that LYING!!! Only looking for the commission. I hope he reads this and changes how he deals with people, but I doubt it. .I am ok with the house we wanted being gone, but when you lie, you lose all credibility. Go elsewhere for a realtor, this guy can't be trusted.
