I had such a wonderful experience at Pet Paradise thanks to Macy! She was absolutely awesome — so caring, attentive, courteous, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit. You can tell she truly loves and cares about the pets and their owners. Macy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that my pet felt comfortable and well cared for. Her professionalism and warm personality really stood out. Pet Paradise is lucky to have someone like Macy on their team! Highly recommend!
All of the other locations were booked up, so was able to find a spot on the way out of town (headed to the gulf). Short stay, but got him a bath too, so he he came home clean and smelling good!
We love Pet Paradise and everyone that works there. We take our dogs to day care and we have boarded them. Our dogs love it as well. As soon as I say day care they run to our front door.
