Was looking for a place that felt right when all the other MedSpas in the area just felt “off”, so I took a chance on Fire and Ice. Loved the pricing transparency online and the ease of booking an appointment, no hidden fees or upfront charges to book. Dr. Rutter is extremely knowledgeable and really takes time with you to go over your goals and what services they can offer. You can tell this is a small family owned business in the best way possible and that it’s more of a passion than anything. Best experience I’ve had at a med spa! Dr. Rutter is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The experience was particularly unique in comparison to other places I’ve tried because he really took his time explaining different procedures (how they work & which are most evidence-based) so my goals could be met in a financially conscious way. Highly recommend.

Staff is very professional and friendly (makes you feel like a friend). Dr. Rob is very thorough in explaining the process/procedures. So far, I’m very pleased with all procedures I’ve had done. Can’t wait for additional services with them!
