I was a student driver there, the instructor was super nice and helpful with tips and I definitely am a lot better driver now

I signed up for classes for my son in January. I have been trying to contact them since early March to get access and now for them to refund my $100. I have been told 8 times that someone would call me back and yet.... here I wait. Never, will I ever do business with these people again, nor would I recommend them. Next stop is BBB.

Totally DISGUSTED. Spoke with Emma to get my son learners permit testing help out of the Fleming Island office. After months of trying to get my son a day and time to start lessons we were given a date & time to show up and no one was there to teach after banging on the door for 20 min to get some kind of clarification a gentleman from the next office over said this location no longer exists and said the day before All Florida Safety Institute moved out of that location he went on to say that they have had nothing but problems with this company and was glad that they moved out. I’ve called numerous times and get nowhere the mailbox is full and no response to my emails. I’ve paid over $900.00 and haven’t been able to get a refund,callback, email, attempt to reschedule. I have no choice but to obtain a lawyer I reached out to them over 25 times I get no response. In July will be one year since this company has given me the runaround! All we’ve been given is….ZERO communication. I do not recommend this company at all!!!! out of the Fleming Island location. The phone number I have has recorded messages for several locations throughout the state of Florida and I’ve even tried calling another city in Florida I believe it was Tampa only to be told that email is probably the best way..haha not!!!! I don’t not and would not recommend this driving school to anybody wanting to enroll their kids with this school.

Terrible experience. We purchased driving lessons and the driving test for our daughter. Everything was fine until a lesson was canceled due to a hurricane. No problem, we understand. However, there was absolutely no call, no email, no attempt to reschedule. Any attempt made to contact them was fruitless. After about 6 weeks of trying I finally receive an email to reschedule. We were given a day but no time and no location and no further information. I reached out to them again but with zero communication. I have requested a refund for the lessons we have been unable to use due to their poor communication, and guess what... zero communication. I do not recommend at all. The one and only bright spot was the driving instructor my daughter had for the 2 lessons before the scheduling fiasco. His name was Jason and I believe he was out of the Fleming Island location.

I dont know how this place 5 stars. After i purchased the driving school they were not emailing me about it or anything so i had to call them. Took me days to finally get an answer out of somebody because nobody picks up and when they do pickup they just make you wait on hold and then end up hanging up, this happened to me 5 times while jus trying to schedule my first appointment, after i wasnt ableto get an answer i had to end up going there in person and my issue was finally resolved. Once i took my lessons everything was fine, but they did show up to the wrong address 3 times. Finally when i was done with the lessons I was told to contact them to schedule my drivers license appointment. Tried calling them SIX TIMES and nobody answered the phone 4 times and the last 2 times i got put on hold again and hung up on. I had to go there IN PERSON again to schedule the appointment. This school will just ignore you until you show up in person and they never answer your questions and have the audacity to charge more than other driving schools in the city

EDIT 12/8 - Well I guess I understand now why they won't return calls. Place is going out of business and filing bankruptcy based on what I was told. Staff hasn't been paid, which sounds accurate given the multiple lawsuits against them for unpaid wages. Sign on the door that they aren't there anymore.Review: I tried to schedule my daughter for the 725 package of either six two hour lessons or eight 90 minute lessons. First the package is 887.40 after misc. other fees not 725. Second they immediately rescheduled all of my appointments for the 2 hour version even though I requested the 90 minute version and they did it without discussing it with me. Finally, they NEVER return my calls. You have to stay on hold for 30-45 minutes to get anyone on the phone. Not someone I would do business with again. Still trying after several weeks to get them to schedule the last few classes.

We paid $500 and some change for lessons and a driving test. They cancelled appointments on two different occasions due to weather. It has been two months since hurricane Ian and we can’t get anyone to reschedule our appointments. We received half of what we paid for and communication is impossible.

will take months to set up an appointment after purchasing and the office employees are horrible!! never answers the phone and will put you on hold and when you get to being “1 in the que” it hangs up on you… very hard to get into contact with anyone, they also give an option to leave your phone number for a call back and they never will call back. very very unprofessional, so disappointed

I had rated them a 1 over the last week but I was able to get ahold of someone who was very helpful and she was able to get my son scheduled. I guess they are moving locations which added to the stress of not being able to get ahold of someone. Thank you to the person who helped me out.

I want to thank All Florida Safety Institute in Fleming Island for making my journey to the driver’s license easier and less stressful. The driving instructors were great, I had an amazing examiner whose calmness and confidence really helped a lot because I was nervous and anxious. Dave Childers, Director, went out of his way to reschedule my lesson and road test and basically that last lesson was the best experience and training that I needed for passing my test! I have to admit that scheduling department was hard to deal with and it was frustrating sometimes but anytime I needed help I could contact Mr. Childers and he would help immediately.
