“I went into Ulta yesterday looking to buy two specific things. I left with 5 items because of the great service I received from Gina. One of the products I wanted was not in stock so she guided me on a new and improved option, the other was in stock but she upgraded me (very skillfully) to a better product for my skin and then helped me find 3 other items. She was helpful, knowledgeable and she was not pushy, encouraging me to finish the products I have at home before starting new products and suggesting alternatives for some of my process the next time I need them. In today’s world, far too many employees are more interested in their phones than helping customers. Gina was a breath of fresh air and made my experience outstanding.“

“I found Moss salon just by driving by. I went in today for a haircut with Cassidy. Cassidy was very sweet and welcoming. She gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time! She listened to me , did a consultation before she even started. Love her!!!!!!! I just moved to Palm Coast from Fort Lauderdale and thank God I found an amazing hairdresser!
