Aaron Crandall Plumbing and Arrow Leak Detection were absolutely fantastic! From the moment we called, needing a Leak Detection they were super responsive and professional. Aaron, the owner, answered our call and explained everything thoroughly, asking all the necessary questions upfront. They were able to come to our home within the hour and resolved our issue immediately.
The entire team, from Aaron to Josh, who confirmed the service call was on the way, to Dave, the technician who came to our home, was outstanding. My Hot Water Heater needed to be serviced. Aaron and his team were easy to contact; fast to schedule; and even called and texted the day of, to provide an eta of arrival for services. They troubleshooted and serviced my hot water heater; provided an update on what they were doing along the way, and gave a quick diagnosis and provided necessary fixes very quickly. Aaron even answered some of my random questions about my hot water heater; as i dont know as much as i probably should about the heater.

Guest bathroom, major repair due to valve that directs water to the showerhead into the bathtub. Faucet broke internally quickly developed an access hole with cover and door tapped off line so water could be returned to the house.
