Here’s the story. About 3 months ago, a very good plumber used a 50’ snake to unclog the kitchen sink. It took him considerable effort to finally get the water draining again. He recommended to call a plumber with “rooter” in the name when there’s a clog because they have a special pressure tool. Like I said , he’s a very good plumber, so I took his advice should there be future problems. So here it is, a few months since, and the kitchen sink is clogged again. So I called Roto-Rooter. I don’t typically write reviews unless the service was above and beyond. That’s exactly what this was. Samuel from Roto-Rooter was kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He didn’t try to fleece us out of unnecessary repairs and did the job right.
Jose was sent to clear a clog in our main line and he was awesome- even with dispatch repeatedly calling his phone while he was trying to finish up with us and get paid and explain the billing (just a heads up for the dispatch person- if someone doesn't answer the first time or two it is probably because they are with a customer and you blowing up their phone is rude! They showed up on time and got the clog cleared- and were very friendly and his trainee ( didn't catch his name) was also great very polite. Pricing was high for what we had done in my opinion and we did all the digging prior to them coming out- but it was at 8pm and saved us from not being able to shower...read full review
