“CJ Bass Plumbing is great! Sunday problem- so didn't want to call anyone. The answering service informed me with information I forgot to even ask. They called early the next morning. Showed up when they said, got the job done quick. Very reasonable and reliable. Highly recommend them for your plumbing issues.”
“I had a plumbing emergency today!! Michel aka Quely came out and assessed the problems and went right to work. Not one negative emotion. He is a very kind and caring gentleman. Plus God's on his side. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you RotoRooter for bringing your best!!! This kind soul deserves a raise 😉”
“I first called Ken Johnson when we had an emergency leak under our kitchen sink. He came over as soon as possible, stopped the leak and diagnosed the problem, which required more work later. Since then, we've hired Ken and his assistant, Jaylen, for a total of five plumbing jobs. Ken is very thorough and explains what's required for the work, gives suggestions and gets it done in a timely manner. He gave us all the details we needed for a new water softener, and showed us how to maintain it, making that project stress-free for us. Each job has gone smoothly and professionally. Ken is prompt, friendly and thoughtful, and we highly recommend his company for all your plumbing needs!”
