She communicated perfectly and truly listened to my information about what was going on, and why I needed their services. She was upfront about their rates, which I appreciated greatly. The plumber they sent, Rob, treated me with the same respect and kindness. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and got the job done in a timely manner.

I had a leak in the underground water pipe caused by roots from an oak tree. Dave Turner Plumbing came out on a Monday to review and fixed it on Thursday. They were very responsive and very cost effective. Greatly appreciated. I will use them for other services.
