2. Take note of their most recent positive rating. As of April 2, 2025, over four years ago. There is a reason for that.
3. Ensure your contract contains a complete date. The installation of my kitchen cabinets took over eight weeks after they were delivered from the manufacturer. Bennetts Cabinets in Jacksonville installed the cabinets in my last kitchen remodel in just two days.
4. Obtain a final drawing before you sign the contract. Mine was referred to as the Preliminary Final, and the contract verbiage allowed them to make design changes without owner approval.
