Will make you spend unnecessary money and not even fix the issue, Highly recommend to not go here. We switched vets and noticed an immediate change in our dog once the real issue was uncovered.

Dr. Branch really doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to cats, but he'll make sure to charge you an arm and a leg for piss poor results. He loves to recommend the Hills Z/D diet as the "cure all" solution even when it's not necessary. When you try to suggest other options since it's a VERY expensive food (and the cats weren't even eating it), he'll dismiss you and insist that he knows what's best. He also loves to play fear tactics, gaslight you, and has a guilt tripping mindset, and that gets old very quickly and becomes quite annoying to talk with him when he does it. Had to leave after that since I was paying a fortune and my cats were in worse health than when they originally came in; even the new vet I transferred to couldn't understand why he was doing what he was doing. In addition to Dr. Branch, the other veterinarian there saw my cat for the first time when she had a nail that ripped off. Came in because it got infected and I needed some antibiotics for her. She recommended amputating the toe. I genuinely, with every brain cell that I have, cannot understand or comprehend why amputation was the first option out of her mouth or why she commented that antibiotics was a very conservative route to take. I'm not sorry, but that's a very logical first step to take and that shows you're in it for the money and not for the animals well being. The only positive thing about this place is the vet tech Keesha. By far, the top tier level of care from her. I absolutely loved her and it was the only thing that made me want to come back until I just couldn't anymore.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. We had what we thought was a life and death emergency this morning with our Little Dog. She had lost the ability to walk, or even standup and instantly seemed incredibly sick. We called our usual vet and they didn’t have an appointment available, 2 others who couldn’t see a new patient. We called Amelia Pointe, explained the emergency and they were as compassionate as they possibly could have been. The staff- everyone we encountered were awesome. The veterinarian, Dr. Branch spoke to us in plain english, but with such confidence that you knew you were in the right place. I know we have Robinson Emergency here, but I just didn’t have a good experience. I’m so thankful we have such a great vet so close by. Kudos Dr Branch and staff! Thank y’all so much for today.
