First off, this co. contacted ME to say they owed me a maintenance VISIT based on a service agreement from a year before!The service rep (Kameron) kept me informed of his ETA and showed up on time. Went about his business and explained to me what and why additional maintenance/repair was needed. He showed me the parts and the damage to them.Bottomline, I was completely satisfied with the service provided, AS WELL AS the professionalism of the service rep AND the office personnel.If you want to feel like you’re in good hands...use them!Services: AC maintenance

I am very pleased with Independent air. They gave me 10 year parts and labor on my new air conditioner, they are honest, reliable and and their work is impeccable. I would highly recommend them.
