I recently went to Target Optical to pick up the glasses I had ordered, but after trying them on, they weren’t quite what I was expecting. Thankfully, Karina and Yisel were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the process. They let me know if I was unhappy they would gladly order a different pair (Target guarantee). They helped me find a better-fitting pair and let me know the new glasses should arrive next week. The visit was fast and stress-free — only about 15 minutes from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and they had a great variety of eyeglass frames to choose from. Definitely worth the review! Thank you.
