I've bought glasses here before and did okay, but this time was a total bust. When I picked up my glasses there was nobody available to fit them. I tried to wear them and they are just too strong. I left two messages (during their regular hours) and have not heard back. I'm very disappointed. The manager helped me today (8/21) and she sent the glasses back to have the lenses adjusted. The doctor redid the tests and apparently this is the appropriate prescription.
I had a really good experience at Optical Outlets. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the whole visit was quick and easy. Meilys (I believe her name was) was especially great. She was kind, patient, and helped me pick out the perfect glasses. She made the whole experience even better with her great attitude and excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Optical Outlets if you’re looking for a great eye doctor and friendly staff!
I LOVED Optical Outlests!!! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome. The entire process was smooth, and the staff took the time to answer all of my questions. A special thank you to the manager, Meilys, who went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. Her outstanding customer service made all the difference. I highly recommend Optical Outlets to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
