“Purchased a 22x50 screen enclosure soon after Ian. It was installed in April of 2023. It’s beautiful. Installers were quick and very efficient. Fast forward to October 2025, I noticed the screen started separating from the metal in a few different places at the top of the enclosure. I took pics, texted them to the company and a crew was sent out to repair. Great. We’re back to good. Fast forward to May of 2026, same thing same place. Sent pics to company and someone would be back out to repair. It took longer this time because of the amount of business they were doing and limited crews available for repairs. By the time they were able to get a crew out the screen had completely ripped and was hanging over the side of the enclosure. In July a crew was finally able to come out but there was a question of whether the screen separated from the metal or if it was wind damage. I was told it was going to cost $400. I got in contact with the owner and after explaining how it started back in October from the screen separating they ended up not charging me. The screen was replaced and looks as good as new. I’m writing this review because this company stood behind there work and did the right thing and I appreciate that. I highly recommend Two Brothers for Screen Enclosures. 100%.“

“I received photos from a drone my insurance company had sent me showing damaged areas on my roof. I called Kelly Roofing. They were very responsive. Sent someone out who sat with me and went through everything that needed to be done. They started the job on a Monday — arrived at 7:30 everyday and were here til almost 4. They even came on Saturday to finish the job (they were here until almost 7!). After the repairs were done, they came back and washed my roof. They cleaned up everything and were respectful of my property.

“Following Hurricane Ian (2022), just getting a roofer to answer the phone or not putting us on an endless waitlist was challenging. Rusty, the owner, not only picked up the phone himself but promptly sent background info and spent phone time to talk through options, pricing and timing. He would apologize if he didn’t return a message same day. Pricing was fair and work commenced as soon as the materials arrived. Very happy with the new roof and the customer service.
