Absolute pleasure to work with, very transparent and communicative. Jeff came by to give the quote and he was very informative. He took the time to address all of my concerns and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I will definitely recommend you all to anybody that needs roofing done. Thank you again!
I had my roof done by Metro Roofing and I was very impressed with their customer service.
They helped me with the insurance and were very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I had, even at night or on weekends. Carl was quick to resolve a minor problem I had and handled everything to my greatest satisfaction.
Jason was always very quick to respond to text messages.
The other thing I really liked was, that it only took one day to take the old roof off and then another day to complete the new roof. The inconvenience to myself and the neighbors was kept as small as possible.
I would certainly recommend Metro Roofing.
We had Metro Roofing do what I would consider a small repair job for us. Jeff is great to work with. The price was fair, they were here when they said they would be. He and Eli did a great job. They will get my call the next time I need anything done with my roof!
