I was in Estero for a girls’ quick trip but needed my Pilates fix. I found Melanie’s studio in the Mindbody app so my friend and I did a class. Her cues and workout was spot on for what my body needed. Challenging without being too hard and cued to use muscles we tend to forget about as a student. Being a Pilates instructor myself, I will definitely hit up Reform Pilates whenever I’m back in town!
