Wow, Dave and Julian are so professional, so friendly, and helpful. You could tell if they really cared about doing a professional job. They checked and double check and make sure everything was working fine. I could tell they put good quality components in their work. Thanks Dave and Julian.

Pete is the man! He had to come out twice because we needed to wait on a part to be ordered and but times I was scheduled to work. Ahead of both visits, Pete gave me plenty of notice so I could leave work without having to sit around all morning. Then when he was there, Pete was friendly and explained everything about the repair with the patience of a saint. He was even friendly with our two dogs! Thanks so much Diamond Appliance!
