They were absolutely great both times they had to come out for my new LG refrigerator! The first service call was required after just seven weeks the second service call after seven months. No response from LG no response from Best Buy, which is where I purchased it and they had failed to let me know about the 60 day return and replace.
Scott, the repair man went out of his way to be helpful and they searched for a part I needed so I didn’t have to wait six days!
So far so good, Daniel came out this morning on time and with the promised 30 minutes heads up call. He was knowledgeable and friendly and after diagnosing the issue, worked out a follow up appointment time for us. Thank you!
Very happy with Daniel the technician.
