I called The Pool Guys of Englewood to get our pool back in shape after trying three other pool service companies. Tanner was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was causing the algae problem. We followed his plan to lower the CYA, balance the water chemistry, and get the filtration working right, and the pool has never looked better. It was clear he really understands pool water care and does not just toss in shock every week without fixing the real issue.
The Pool Guys of Englewood are very professional, easy to reach, and quick to answer any questions about my pool cleaning service. They do a great job with the pool, and one of the biggest things for me is how clean and well-kept everything looks when they finish. They are courteous, careful with tools and supplies around the pool deck, and pay close attention to the details during each visit. They always leave the water looking great and the whole pool area clean and tidy when the service is done.
