PSA don't ask ANY questions or mention anything at your physical exam because they WILL charge you and not even tell you that you will be charged. Literally went to have an annual checkup and she didn't even touch me. She showed up to the visit looking like she just came from a ballroom dance with stilettos and a beautiful lacy dress. What happened to the white coat? She had no stethoscope, she never checked my lungs, heart, eyes, ears, throat. She asked me if anything was bothering me I mentioned I fell, she asked if I wanted an xray I said no not at this time. I get a bill for this. Not to mention she was behind two hours for my first appointment had to leave rescheduled so that she can cancel due to personal reasons. Had to reschedule a third time and finally got in only to get no physical. I had to switch Doctors and get a new physical and have to pay cause insurance only covers one physical a year. I'm so disgusted!!!

I love my doctor but no one knows how to communicate. I’ve been trying to get my prescription filled for over 2 weeks now. I have called countless times and messaged in the portal daily for 2 weeks. Thank god this isn’t a lifesaving medication or I’d be dead. Can’t imagine how they treat the elderly who need life saving medication.

Great service & great staff at the Urgent Care on a very crowded Saturday morning. (1/31/26) Snowbird season is definitely upon us. I was told it could be up to a 2 hour wait - not good news, but I was glad to know it right away. Being able to wait out in your car rather than sitting in a room full of sick people was a huge plus, along with the text I got one hour into my two hour wait saying I could be seen now. Thank you to the staff for getting me on the path to feeling better. 🙌

We used the walk in clinic today for reoccurring respiratory problems. Nathan who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. The young lady that took vitals was very caring and efficient. The PA Alice was amazing and was sincerely caring and informative when explaining everything to us. We are snowbirds and happy to know we have them in case we need medical care while we are here. (PS: My husband says Alice is a rock star!)

This place is garbage. Extremely long wait times. Rude staff and doctors. They don’t follow first come first serve in walk in clinic. They will let their old friends in first because they have a lunch date and leave a sick 9 yr old waiting out front for over 2 hours. Avoid at all cost!

Between missing my 1st Christmas flight from FL To OH bc I busted my face open, to helping me ON Christmas DAY! The response time and attentiveness that I have been receiving lately has been unmatched. Its truly appreciated. Excellent care by excellent people who actually care. Highly recommend Josh Beasley & his team. Also everyone helping out on the phones and for the prompt return calls.
