Explained the problem, ordered the necessary part. He promptly returned, installed the new part and tested everything before putting things back together. Matt was a great choice. Matt saved our dishwasher! I bought a part to repair it and could not find any information on how to install it. Even the manufacturer had nothing for me. Matt had some difficult trouble-shooting to do but he replaced it. He's a super nice guy, very knowledgeable and experienced. I will most definitely call him again!
