My name is Andrew Guenther; I called Kobie Complete Heating and Airconditioning to discuss a problem I was having with a white slime in my air handler drain pan and drain line. I talked to Mike and explained to him that there was a white slime in my air handler drain line and it wasn't draining fast enough; so it was filling up in the overflow and dripping on the face of the air handler cabinet. The slime that was in the cabinet drain pan looked like a white clumpy gelatin. I had to clean the drain line and remove that slimy substance from air handler drain pan. The day after Hurricane Milton our AC stopped working. I was worried that technicians would be too overwhelmed to get it fixed quickly. The next day Kyle stopped by, found the issue within minutes and had our system back up and running. He is super friendly and a great technician. They're a great company with great employees that do great work!
I called Kobie after I was informed by Pure Air (my ex a/c service company) that my compressor was shot and that repairing would be very expensive and that I should have a new system install. I wanted a 2nd opinion, and called Kobie. Brandon James came out the same afternoon, and determined that it was a simple drain line clog. Brandon fixed the clog free and asked only that I consider becoming a Kobie maint. client. That phone call saved me between $13k and $18k dollars!! That is having your client's best interest at heart!! Of course I am a Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling Inc. maintenance client now.
