Less than two weeks ago I went to my scheduled appointment to get my highlights touched and a trim. $180 later and my hair looks like it’s been well over a month since highlights were done.Will NOT be going back and will advise anyone I come across not to book an appointment here.No sweetheart, I wasn't 'yelling' at anyone, but thanks for the dramatics. How ironic your snarky attitude simply doesn't match the backdrop of your 'salon'. Bravo!

LOVE Hair Company! I have been a customer for almost 30 years and there's a reason for that! I get compliments on my hair every single time I get anything done! After almost 30 years that's A LOT of compliments!

Used to see Charlene who was great but is no longer there. Tried to make an appointment with Harley but received a major attitude when I didn't call back to confirm my appointment. I tried explaining that I was working and in meetings the entire day and apologized and said I would be there but continued to receive an attitude. I was made to feel so uncomfortable I ended up canceling the appointment and won't be going back. Horrible customer service!Services: Hairstyling
