Grande Aire technicians evaluated a potential issue, confirmed that it was operating ok, but found coolant leaks as a result of a different problem. They communicated all of this very quickly while onsite and gave me prompt estimates on how much repairs would cost. Want to thank Alex for the excellent work on our AC. We were having problems with water in the pan and the unit shutting off. He discovered the problem and had parts costumed made. He came to installed them and worked for over 5 hours in very extreme conditions. Excellent worker and thoroughly explains everything.
