“Jose was very patient as my very cat hid and even he couldn't catch her. He had to make another trip the next week here and he told me to get her into the bathroom and he went and wrestled her into the carrier. He speaks very sweetly to her, and even though she hates what he did today, I don't think she hates him. A bit pricey, compared to other groomers, but she is way too shy to take to a grooming shop. Mobile is the only way to go for her.“
