My Reese Cup is a little shy, so it usually takes him a couple of days to settle in when he stays away from home. One thing I appreciate more than anything about Bayside Pet Resort is that whenever I email to check on him, they always take the time to respond with an update. Knowing how he's doing gives me so much peace of mind while I'm away. It's clear they genuinely care about the pets in their care, and that level of communication means the world to me. Hannah did a great job with Tito’s grooming. She communicated everything with me about Tito’s cut and possible concerns. She even sent me shampoo suggestions etc. It is obvious how much she cares!! She’s great!!
My experiences with Bayside have been excellent for well over a year. Unfortunately, today at daycare, it was a poor experience for my golden retriever. Nala is very sweet and calm not your typical golden. I have watched her at the facility at various times during daycare previous visits. There have been dogs that tried to mount her but the staff quickly stop that behavior. Today at daycare I checked on her and there was this dog that was repeated mounting her or would stand or sit over her. She would lay down the whole time in the area but the dog was right there.
