Our AC was not cooling when we got home on Wednesday afternoon around 6pm. I called a different company and they said the earliest they could have someone out would be Saturday. My mother in law recommended we call Air Shield. I called and Tammy was super helpful and informative on the phone and gave a two hour time range for the service technician to arrive. Austin arrived in less than 30 minutes. He was able to diagnose and correct the issue. He was very informative and transparent about our problem. I look forward to working with them again and highly recommend Air Shield!

Nothing to add to previous comments except that I wish all businesses I use were as efficient and agreeable to deal with. Carrie is also good to chat with.
Earlier: The service is, as always, excellent. The repetitive nagging to complete this survey is intrusive and offensive.
10/18/2022: The response time was amazing—less than an hour—and the service tech explained the problem and immediately resolved it. I’ve been with this Air Shield franchise for over a decade and you couldn’t pay me enough to change.

Carrie and Jay came out today to fix our AC. They had our unit up and running in about 30 minutes and were very informative at each step of the process always asking if we had any additional questions along the way. We decided that the service was so good that we didn’t want to look any further for a company to contract routine maintenance with going forward.
