I absolutely love Shelton and the care they provide for my 3 cats. My experiences at Shelton are always positive. They are so friendly and gentle to my cats and give amazing care. The vets and techs run you through every procedure and keep you informed on the progress. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary procedures or products for money, it’s really all about the care of the animals there. Today our vet tech Chance was incredible with our new cat. He was so kind and gentle with him and we couldn’t be more thankful for such an amazing team. The vet that helped us today was also incredible although I didn’t catch her name I appreciate every vet on this team.

The excellent staff and veterinarians genuinely care about your pet. They diagnosed my dog accurately and selected the optimal medication regimen for him. Their rates are very fair and I could not be more happy with their expertise.

Edit: The hospital Manager is extremely professional and contacted me regarding my review. I do have positives to say. The antibiotic has greatly helped my cat. The reception staff is very good. And they will make it right to the best of the ability if there is a problem with the visit. I was impressed that this was handled so quickly and with care by those running this facility.
