Great experience considering the dog I rescued had not seen a vet since she was 4-6 weeks old. They handled her nervous excitement very well, were very gentle and patient with Phoebe. They explained everything and gave me options without forcing treatment not needed which is a big win in my book. My baby got all the treatment she needed in a comforting environment. They even called Monday (we were seen on Saturday, another win for me) to follow up on how she was doing. Very pleased😊
They've always been super accessible by text, email, and phone. They return calls with test information very timely. All things that are helpful to otherwise busy (and pet concerned) clients like myself.
