We used Sam’s to bring our home up to HUD/FHA standards. They installed new skirting with backer boards and rebuilt and or repaired several of our foundation piers. I have been dealing with Sams Mobile Home service since 2022 where they relocated and set up a used mobile home for me. The Process went very smooth. At no fault of theirs, the permit expired due to Health issues and they have reapplied for permits for me and made the process very easy. Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with he got everything done as it needed to be done called the city back-and-forth and got me the CO today. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
