Sam's has been a GODSEND during a stressful new manufactured home process. Other contractors caused numerous delays that nearly left us homeless. Samantha and everyone else working with us were constantly and consistently helpful and when above and beyond for us. Samantha was in constant contact and got everything done quickly and efficiently. She was also infinitely kind and patient with our ignorance in the process. We will be buying a second manufactured home, and will absolutely request Sam's again and would recommend them to anyone.
I cannot say enough good about the service, communication and Sean and his Mom Samantha! Two of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of working with on my first time ever getting a new home set! Sean went way above and beyond to make sure that my home was set!!! Lightning strikes and pouring rain did not stop him! Definitely recommend them for certain!!!
