From beginning to end the building went very smoothly. I dealt primarily with Matt during the project. He was excellent in communication throughout the 10 month project. The few issues we had were handled efficiently and promptly. If you're building a custom home I recommend Fagan Construction.

Where to start! We moved to Florida 4 years ago and boy did we hit the jackpot on builders for our custom home!!! Matt & Kerry made the whole process easy AND fun! I put them through some challenges with my “out of the box” design projects, but they came through beautifully and only giggled and rolled their eyes a few times!! Lol! We love EVERY detail of our home and even better….we made new friends with Matt & Kerry and their families. It doesn’t hurt that we are also neighbors now. What were the odds of that!
