Its difficult enough to deal with the death of a family member when there are no complicating circumstances, but its even worse when there is an unwanted lodger to evict and you're trying to deal with everything from another country. Vanessa was fantastic. Unlike some others, she was upfront about her costs, which immediately put me at ease. She dealt with everything very quickly and kept me fully update throughout the eviction process.
