Rich Badder with SDG designed our Clearwater beach house, what a great job with designing , permitting , battling neighbors and the city planing department to get variance to change the building setbacks so we can get the most use out of a prime location.Communication was great , the amount of work and time he put into this project was way more than what he charged us.I wish I can give him and his team a 10 stars rating for this project.
