Just had my pool refinished by Pinch A Penny and I an extremely happy with the job. I spent a lot of time talking to multiple pool refinishers, but Pinch a Penny spent a lot of time educating me on finish options and how the job would be run. I did not want to chase down contractors, or have my pool deck and backyard a mess every day. My pool is 30 yrs old so I wanted a careful, well run, neat job. My expectations were exceeded ! They showed up on time day 1, emptied the pool and fully removed the old finish( full chip out), day 2,3 cleaned it all out, acid washed it and bond coated, day 4, the new pebble finish was applied and pool refilling was started. Skler was so amazing! Not only did she help me with my rebate as the site was having difficulties. She was so supportive, professional, and her people skills are superb! Managment for sure!

I recently decided to try to do the pool care myself after ridiculous high pool care prices and poor service. I was nervous about the process and went here for advice. Steve was awesome and so patient with my questions and helped me to feel comfortable tackling this myself. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I feel empowered to save some money and care for the pool myself.
