Upon entry, a staff promptly acknowledges and greets me. Upon reaching the desk, I check-in with Emily and after PAYMENT is made, Ashley immediately leads me to the room with the 2 MACHINES: one focusing on a balloon and the other flashes bright lights. Right after, Ashley leads me to the actual eye EXAM ROOM, … to the letters, etc. The 3RD ROOM, Dr. Roberts makes sure the newest equipment is what is being used. I truly appreciate how Dr. Roberts actually explains details of the eye exam results: pictures and some important details of certain symptoms to be aware of, as we get older. The doctor gives out contact SAMPLES and his highly recommended brands.
Went to 2 other Stores , in area to have new nose guards put on ! Both times we’re told they don’t make them anymore can’t help you !! Wanna look at new frames ? Then I met Sarah , who within 5 minutes replaced them and said have a great day !! This store is my favorite with the best employees!! Worth the extra 30 minute ride for me !!

Our first visit and cannot praise enough! Sarah, Janki, & Dr Spelich provided excellent care and customer service. We have been to Visionworks the last 4 years and needed to change due to insurance changes. We did not realize the good care we were missing! Visionworks has never given us the type of exam and care that we received today We won’t return to Visionworks again. Thank you Pearle Vision for “opening our eyes”!!!
