Everyone in the practice is warm and welcoming, from the front desk staff to everyone in the back. They are friendly and caring. They didn’t disclaim my fear of the drill and ensured that I was doing ok and comfortable with proceeding.
Everyone I interacted with today made me feel like I'd been going there for years. Best dental experience I've ever had. Walked out today feeling like a brand new man . Confidence boosted! A couple days ago I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist was amazing. Went above and beyond!
First visit to this office today was amazing! Everyone was friendly, personable, professional and helpful. Julie, the hygienist, was very thorough from beginning to end. She explained everything and was gentle, but detailed in the xray and cleaning process. Dr. D'Anna was welcoming, down to earth and comprehensive in his exam. There was no pressure to get non-urgent work done and prices seem reasonable. I'm very glad we found this office and that they were able to fit my husband and me in on the same day as 1st time patients after they had a cancellation. We lucked out for sure! Thank you to all the staff for a very good experience today!
