First visit to this office today was amazing! Everyone was friendly, personable, professional and helpful. Julie, the hygienist, was very thorough from beginning to end. She explained everything and was gentle, but detailed in the xray and cleaning process. Dr. D'Anna was welcoming, down to earth and comprehensive in his exam. There was no pressure to get non-urgent work done and prices seem reasonable. I'm very glad we found this office and that they were able to fit my husband and me in on the same day as 1st time patients after they had a cancellation. We lucked out for sure! Thank you to all the staff for a very good experience today!
Very good experience. Dr D listened to all your requests and gave a detailed plan on what needed done, why and the costs. Waited a very short time for the appointment and everyone was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. This all created confidence in the doctor and all of his assistants.
My appointment went well and my loose crown was repaired with very little trouble. Dr. D'Anno and his staff is wonderful to work with. My only complaint is how long it took to get an appointment. I understand they have many patients so hopefully I won't have another emergency.
