All in all, a great experience buying our new, premium fifth wheel from General RV in Tampa.In particular, we want to call out Dani, who managed our delivery day experience. Not that the day was without hiccups—we had plenty. From our tardiness due to the trade-in, to factory issues inside the rig that needed time to fix, to on-site items we purchase that needed installed. It was a long day!And the hiccups were where Dani had the opportunity to truly shine. She orchestrated flawlessly, with her exceptional customer service moxie.
