My best experience has been with Lugene Dietermen. Louis was the gentleman who delivered my RV. He has been to my property about 4 times. Each time he has been helpful and pleasant. He was accommodating when it came to parking my RV on my property. The worst experience was with a service advisor she would never return my calls and was very rude. My salesman was great during the sale Johnathan. So was the financial guy Chris. I also had a service person Dylan very helpful. All and all great service.
Really cool people. I delivered a new travel trailer from the factory. Most places just tolerate our deliveries however this staff was helpful with phone directions then upon arrival I was greeted with a smile even the customers who were everywhere looked happy.
