We contacted Roberta and made an appointment for her to come to our condo. She was here in two days with samples and rough pricing, took measurements' and sent us a proposal with pictures and pricing the next day. We ordered black out shades with sun screen shades in front of them. She said it would take about 2 weeks and followed up with us for an appointment to install in 10 days. Juan arrived on time and provided perfect installation. He was professional and meticulous with his work. We are very happy with our new shades and the service and quality provided by XPO Blinds. Highly recommend! They went above and beyond to accommodate me as I was in the process of moving and wasn’t sure when I would be able to install the blinds. When they were finally installed, they were amazing! I even had a small smudge on one blind and they replaced it with a brand new one within days. Truly exceptional service and beautiful blinds!
