Vortex was contracted by my home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) to resolve a problem with my condo's air conditioning unit. The drain was backing up, causing the unit to stop running and cooling. Their technician, Oscar, was here in a very timely manner and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. I am VERY grateful for their service, including the customer service of the office staff, who were responsive and stayed on top of my request. Many, many thanks!
