Alain went above and beyond—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about his clients. The tile selection is beautiful and high quality, and delivery was perfectly on time. When we unexpectedly needed extra tile, Alain stopped unloading a shipment just to help us, setting aside exactly what we needed for our worker to pick up.
